Product Description

Magnetic Lifters has strong magnetic path produced by NdFeB magnet which supply permanent power,On and off of the magnetic path is controlled by turning the manual handle. The lifters have the features of strong attraction, smaller volume, lighter weight,powerful lifting effort, easy and safe to operate,long-period operation without power supply. Permanent magnetic lifters are mainly used for lifting and transporting the steel and iron for factories, docks, ware houses, transportation etc. It can hoist iron,steel blocks, cylinder and others and provide a quick and convenient method of loading, unloading,and moving.

Operation	1.Clean the surface of the load, place the lifter in the center of the load and make sure the poles are in full contact with the
	load. Make sure the weight of the load is no more than the rated value of the lifter. 2.Pull up the handle and rotate the handle
	to the "ON" position, then release the handle. The security key on the handle will automatically lock the handle. 3.Set the load
	on the ground or support. Ensure the load is firmly supported and completely in place before releasing the load. 4.Pull up the
	handle and rotate completely to the "OFF" position. The lifter is now in the neutral condition, can be taken away from the load.

Q1: Can I have a sample order for Neodymium magnet?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Low MOQ of 1pc for sample checking is available.Mixed samples are acceptable. Please cover the freight.

A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 15~30 days for each order in general.

 

Q3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

Q5: How are Neodymium Magnets made?

A: The main ingredients are Neodymium, Iron and Boron. The exact ingredients depend on the grade being produced. We also add a key ingredient called dysprosium to raise the coercivity of the material and increase the resistance to demagnetisation and corrosion.
