Pot magnet is a professional magnetic chuck. Holding magnet, commonly known as "pot magnet", from the classic design of Germany. It is composed of magnets and iron shells (or other materials) magnetic circuit, derived from a strong magnetic force. Pot magnet is widely used in industrial and living fields, such as workshops, factories, warehouses, offices and so on.
 

Material	Ferrite magnet+ A3 steel cup
Advantage	Ferrite magnets are sunk in a steel shell and have a centered borehole and countersink. Hence, they can be screwed into the wall or ceiling with an appropriate countersunk screw and you can attach various objects.
Characteristic	1.pot magnets can be made with tapped hole, countersunk hole, conter-bored hole, a thread-stud or a threaded collar for convenient mounting 2.the steel shell ( cup) not only protects the magnets from damaging , but also conducts the magnetism of other side to the attraction face.Magnetism is confined and concentrated to the bottom attraction face only, to give teh maximum holding or pulling force .

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Low MOQ of 1pc for sample checking is available.Mixed samples are acceptable. Please cover the freight.

Q2: What about the lead time? 

A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 15~30 days for each order in general.

 

Q3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? 

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It would take around 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also available. 

 

Q4: Is it OK to print my logo on magnet product or package? 

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before the production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. 

 

Q5: How are Neodymium Magnets made?

A: The main ingredients are Neodymium, Iron and Boron. The exact ingredients depend on the grade being produced. We also add a key ingredient called dysprosium to raise the coercivity of the material and increase the resistance to demagnetisation and corrosion.
