Product Description

Magnetic Rotary Separator consists of a cyclic magnetic bar group and a housing outside. A motor is necessary to drive the magnetic rods rotating. Magnetic Rotary Separator is used to remove the ferrous contaminants from the material that is apt to caking and bridging. These materials, like power with high moisture which is certain viscous, is easily to cake using fixed magnetic separators. How to do cleaning?	In order to ensure perfect performance, it has to check periodically. Once it needs to clean, please shut down the power. Then release door latch, draw out the magnetic core and do the wiping. Put the clean magnetic core in the housing and make sure it is installed in place, close the door hermetically. Use extreme caution and wear gloves during the process.

Easy Cleaning Type Magnetic Liquid Traps:Easy cleaning magnetic grid and easy cleaning magnetic grate: stainless steel sleeve is used on the outside of the magnetic bar. In normal operation, materials pass through the sleeve, and ferromagnetic particles are absorbed to the sleeve by the magnetic force of the magnetic bar. When cleaning, the magnetic bar is drawn out, and the particles on the casing fall automatically because of no magnetic attraction, saving the time of wiping.
