Industrial Neodymium Magnetic Liquid Traps, Liquid Trap Magnets for Pipe LineMagnetic Filter (Magnetic Liquid Traps) consist of a group of magnetic grates and stainless steel housing outside. An inlet and
outlet makes it possible to connect with existing processing line by various connection types. Magnetic Liquid Traps are designed
to extract the ferrous material from the liquid, semi-liquid and air conveying powder in order to purify the material in the
production process. Strong magnetic tubes inside the housing filtrates the flow and picks out the unwanted ferrous metal. The unit
is simply mounted to the existing pipeline via flanged or threaded ends. Easy access is also possible using the quick release
clamp.

 Features  1. Standard round bar has a length of 25 mm(1 inch) diameter. As required, it can reach the maximum length of 2500mm. Magnetic tube or other different shape and dimension are also available.
2. 304 or 316L stainless steel are available for pipeline material which can be fine polished and meet the standard of food or pharmacy industry.
3. Standard working temperature≤80ºC, and maximum working temperature can reach 350ºC as required.

Reducing Tube Wall Thickness Besides using stronger magnet material, another way to increase performance on the surface of the magnet is by reducing the air gap. The air gap is the amount of space, in this case stainless steel, between the magnetic pole pieces inside the magnet and the working area on the surface of the magnet. The closer the pole piece is to the working area of the magnet, the higher the measure of gauss or pull value will be on the surface of the magnet. Reducing this air gap to achieve higher performance values by manufacturers can be accomplished by using thinner walled tubing. This reduces the thickness of the magnets protective cover. As you decrease the thickness of the protective cover, you also decrease the protection that the layer provides. Often you will see dents and wear on magnets from manufacturers who use thinner tubes to lay claim to "the strongest magnet on the market." Sometimes you may observe that your Magnet Audit reports reflect your magnet pull is actually getting stronger. Do not be fooled into thinking that this is a good thing; this is a sure sign that abrasion from your product flow is wearing through the thin wall of the magnet tube and will soon need to be replaced.

  1. Flowability and Strength Variations
    • Product is pumped through the magnet where ferrous tramp metal collects on either an array of 1" diameter magnetic tubes or a single 3" diameter magnetic tube. The tramp metal collects behind the tubes in the direction of product flow to prevent tramp metal wash off. Non-magnetic particles are separated by gravity and collect in the sump located in the bottom of the magnet enclosure.
